Terms and Conditions – Salesforce Web Platform
1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Salesforce web platform ("Platform") operated by PT Solusi Kerah Byru ("Company", "we", "us", or "Byru"). The Platform is designed to support sales operations, delivery, collections, and sales force management.
By accessing or using this Platform, you ("User" or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE PLATFORM.
2. Definitions

Platform: The Salesforce web platform provided by PT Solusi Kerah Byru.
User: Employees, partners, or authorized parties granted access to the Platform.
Content: All data, information, text, images, reports, and other materials available or generated through the Platform.
Account: Login credentials (username and password) provided to Users to access the Platform.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration
3.1 Eligibility
The Platform is only available to:

Official employees of PT Solusi Kerah Byru or its affiliated companies.
Business partners authorized by the Company.
Individuals who are at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into agreements.

3.2 User Account

Accounts will be created and provided by Company administrators.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are not permitted to share your account with others.
You must immediately notify us if unauthorized use of your account or any security breach occurs.
The Company reserves the right to deactivate or delete accounts at any time if these Terms are violated.

4. Use of the Platform
4.1 Limited License
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform in accordance with these Terms and for legitimate business purposes.
4.2 Usage Restrictions
You are NOT PERMITTED to:

Use the Platform for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
Attempt to access systems, networks, or other data without authorization.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Platform.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.
Upload viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
Use robots, spiders, scrapers, or other automated tools to access the Platform without written permission.
Abuse or exploit system vulnerabilities.
Use the Platform for the benefit of competitors or third parties without permission.
Remove, alter, or obscure copyright notices or other intellectual property rights notices.

4.3 Responsible Use
You agree to:

Use the Platform only for its intended purposes and in accordance with provided instructions.
Comply with all Company internal policies regarding information system use.
Report any bugs, vulnerabilities, or security issues you discover.

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property
5.1 Platform Ownership
The Platform, including all source code, design, features, functions, graphics, logos, and content provided by the Company, is and remains the exclusive property of PT Solusi Kerah Byru and its licensors. The Platform is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
5.2 User Content

Data you enter or generate through the Platform ("User Content") remains the property of the Company or your employer.
By using the Platform, you grant the Company the right to use, store, process, and analyze User Content for operational, analytical, and service improvement purposes.

5.3 Feedback
If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Platform, you agree that the Company may use such feedback without any obligation of compensation to you.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Platform Availability and Maintenance
7.1 Availability
We strive to keep the Platform available 24/7, but we do not guarantee that the Platform will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Access may be disrupted due to:

Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
Technical issues or system failures.
Factors beyond our control (force majeure).

7.2 Maintenance and Updates
The Company reserves the right to:

Perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the Platform at any time.
Add, modify, or remove Platform features.
Suspend or discontinue the Platform temporarily or permanently with or without prior notice.

8. User Responsibilities and Indemnification
8.1 Responsibility
You are fully responsible for:

All activities that occur through your account.
The accuracy and completeness of data you enter into the Platform.
Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

8.2 Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

Your violation of these Terms.
Unauthorized or unlawful use of the Platform.
Violation of third-party rights.

9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR SECURITY.
9.2 Limitation of Liability
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
Business interruption or other commercial losses.

THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) TO ACCESS THE PLATFORM IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.
10. Suspension and Termination
10.1 Suspension by Company
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, with or without notice, if:

You violate these Terms.
Your use poses a security or legal risk.
Your employment or partnership relationship with the Company ends.
Required by law or court order.

10.2 Termination by User
You may terminate your use of the Platform at any time by ceasing access and notifying the administrator.
10.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:

Your right to access the Platform will immediately cease.
All data associated with your account may be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.
Terms that by their nature should survive (including ownership, indemnification, limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

11. Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through:

Notice on the Platform.
Email to your registered address.
Official Company communication channels.

By continuing to use the Platform after changes take effect, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
12.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12.2 Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through:

Negotiation: The parties agree to first resolve disputes through negotiation.
Mediation: If negotiation does not reach a result, disputes may be resolved through mediation.
Arbitration/Court: If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved through arbitration or courts with jurisdiction in Jakarta, Indonesia.

13. General Provisions
13.1 Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and shall not affect the validity of other provisions.
13.2 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding use of the Platform.
13.3 No Waiver
The Company's failure to enforce any right or provision shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
13.4 Assignment
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without the Company's written consent. The Company may assign its rights and obligations without restriction.
13.5 Language
These Terms are prepared in Indonesian and English. In case of any difference in interpretation, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
